We met Jacob Widlak a.k.a. "Das" at the Silly Pink Bunnies (www.sillypinkbunnies.com) convention in San Francisco. He first came to the United States as a foreign exchange student landing in the same high school as Thomas Dragonette (Sunday Rider) and the local skate crew which included artist Jeremy Fish(superfishalsf.com). The gang skated everyday and the "bunnies" were born. Now every year there is a meeting of the gang in a city that changes every year. Hundreds of friends meet up every year to skate, drink, enjoy life & catch up. That year we picked Das up at the bus station in S.F. having never met him before. It didn't take long before Jake (Donnelly) & I agreed that Das should ride for Sunday. He is seriously the most genuine & kind person, with a huge sense of humor & personality. More than a few times he impressed us on that short trip. I am stoked to know Das and have him on Sunday.
